To present only the most exceptional expression of this rare color, AOKI DENIM’s designer worked directly with pearl artisans, carefully reviewing and selecting each candidate. The result is a single, meticulously chosen pearl that represents a world of refinement.

With BLUE PEARL, a new dimension is introduced. Among Akoya pearls, only a very small number develop this deep indigo hue. As light touches its surface, subtle nuances of blue and violet emerge, creating a quiet yet powerful presence—truly one of a kind.

The natural color of Akoya pearls typically ranges from white to soft cream. A color deep enough to evoke indigo appears only when microscopic color elements within the nacre and light interference align in an exceptionally rare balance. This deep indigo tone is not created intentionally—it is the result of chance, making each pearl extraordinarily rare.
